Privacy Policy
Sending email to people who have not specifically requested it is "spam". Spamming is a serious offense that XLNT Consulting does not do nor enable through third parties.
Abusive Usage Includes:
- Sending email to people who have not specifically requested information from us.
- We do not use email lists that are purchased, rented, leased, or in any way bought from a third party.
- Batching or in any way trying to script the addition of new subscribers to the web form subscribe methods.
- Sending unsolicited email through third parties that then references an account here either in the email or on a landing page of a website.
- Newsgroup or discussion forum postings to off topic newsgroups that prohibit those types of posts.
XLNT Consulting's Zero Tolerance Policy:
If an XLNT Consulting campaign is abused by third parties, we encourage you to report this immediately, and we will make this our number one priority right away! Anyone reported or caught violating these terms will be immediately terminated from the list. Subsequent legal steps will be taken promptly without financial motives, and the offender will be posted at relevant “hate sites”.
Questions?
There's more to spam than just sending e-mail. Certain types of newsgroup postings and mailing list messages can also be classified as spam, and are not permitted.
Help XLNT Consulting Stamp out Spam:
If you have received an unsolicited e-mail that is in some way tied to our account, please tell us. Forward the message you received, including the mail headers, to abuse@xlntconsulting.com.
